After Sales Service Policy

  1. For repair, the sales invoice must be surrendered together with the defective item.
    1.1 For small items customer must bring the item to branch where the item was originally purchased.
    1.2 For big items, an Authorized Service Center (ASC) ASC Technician will visit the Customer’s site and will schedule pull-out if necessary.

  2. An evaluation will be conducted for the repair of the defective item. The repair period will depend on the item circumstance and will be advised to the customer.

  3. A confirmation report by an ASC Technician is required for replacement of defective merchandise.

  4. If the defective merchandise meets the criteria for replacement, the customers unit will be replaced with a similar item.

  5. Customers must surrender the original box, manuals and accessories for the replacement to be processed. Any unreturned box or accessory will be charged to the customer prior to replacement.

  6. Anson’s is not responsible for claims of repair outside warranty period.
