If the product I bought on line has a problem, where do I take it?

We have a 7 day replacement/refund policy for defective items. If the time is within 7 days of receipt, please bring your items to:

If the time has passed 7 days from receipt please call 816 7425 for our warranty and service procedures for that particular product. Should you bring your item to us immediately despite already passed the 7 days allowance, the item will be subject already to your product warranty policies.
